RO#: 1523 <br /> Stockton, CA. 95215 FA#: 14942 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Soil <br /> Investigation Report— Septic System Remediation & Soil Testing dated March <br /> 11, 2004 as submitted by your consultant, Geological Technics Inc, on March 15, <br /> 2004 and has the following comments. <br /> Soil sample analytical results from the nine (9) push-point soil borings indicate <br /> that the contaminants detected in the septic tank have not migrated to the soil <br /> beneath the rest of the septic system. No further soil sampling is required at this <br /> time. <br /> Prior to providing a closure letter and indicating this site is closed on the EHD <br /> underground injection control contaminated database, the account balance for <br /> oversight and review charges must be paid in full. Enclosed please find your <br /> final bill.
