MORENO TRUST PROPERTY <br /> 5279 East Cherokee Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio: <br /> At the request of Mr. Jeffrey Moreno, representing the Frank A. Moreno Trust, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE)has prepared the enclosed Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> for the property located at 5279 East Cherokee Road, Stockton, California. <br /> The Work Plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD)to obtain a boring permit. The scope of work initially <br /> includes the advancement of one soil probe boring to determine the vertical extent of impacted soil <br /> in the former gasoline farm tank location. However, based upon field observations, additional soil <br /> probe borings may be advanced to fully delineate hydrocarbon impaction. <br /> Also enclosed is an application for drilling permit,permit fee and site-specific health and safety plan. <br /> If possible, we would like to commence field work early in the week of 14 June 1999.
