Soil <br /> returned to the excavation must be shown to be at background <br /> levels with respect to contaminants. The time interval between <br /> excavation and disposal will be defined by the methods of <br /> treatment or disposal chosen. If elapsed time is to exceed 90 <br /> days, appropriate permits for treatment and storage will be I <br /> obtained by Applied GeoSystems with the authorization of Delta <br /> 'Ill. <br /> Truck Sales. <br /> IIi <br /> Isolation of Excavation �I <br /> The excavation is isolated from public access by fencing around <br /> Ithe perimeter of the site. Further, the area of the impoundment <br /> is currently fenced on three sides. The planned excavation is i <br /> thus isolated from public access by existing features.
