3.7 SITE CLEANUP <br /> After completion of the work, tools, appliances, surplus materials, temporary drainage, rubbish, <br /> and debris incidental to work shall be removed. Excavation and vehicular ruts shall be backfilled <br /> and dressed to conform with the existing landscape. Utilities, structures, roads, fences, or any <br /> other pre-existing item which must be repaired or replaced due to the Contractor's negligence will <br /> be the responsibility of the Contractor and repair or replacement shall be accomplished prior to <br /> completion of this contract. <br /> 02671-0012 <br />
