Per the terms of the DDRW-Tracy FFA, EPA is providing comments <br /> within 15 days of receipt. <br /> EPA's major concerns are that (1) the only primary document proposed in the draft <br /> schedule is the remedial design document at the 30 percent stage, (2) it would appear that <br /> there is no proposed primary document (per the FFA) at any stage for the remedial action <br /> work plan, and (3) as proposed, the schedule does not provide a date for full-scale remedial <br /> action. Our comments are attached. <br /> Per the terms of the FFA, DDRW-Tracy is required to provide a revised RD/RA <br /> schedule within 15 days of receipt of regulatory comments.
