We believe that all parties to the FFA for DDRW-Tracy deserve credit for making it <br /> possible to finalize this ROD despite the potential areas of disagreement. <br /> The final OU-1 ROD is consistent with RWQCB comments in section "ARARs to be <br /> Deleted or Amended" of your letter.
