The State is not sure <br /> at this time if this will be a problem. <br /> 32. Section 4.2.5 <br /> The State has provided numbers for all the effluent treatment standards with the <br /> exception of dieldrin. The State agreed to provide a number for dieldrin. <br /> 33. Section 4.2.6 <br /> Rather than delete the statement that implies metals are naturally occurring, both <br /> the State and EPA agreed that the text should be replaced with "The Comprehensive <br /> RI/FS will evaluate whether or not metals concentrations are naturally occurring. <br /> 36. Table 4.2-2 <br /> EPA explained that DDRW tracy a\has agreed to include cancer risk numbers in <br /> the table EPA has recommended be included in this ROD, thus, obviating the need <br /> for Table 4.2-2. Section 5.2.8 <br /> The State believes that EPA's concern with this text can be satisfactorily addressed. <br /> EPA commented that the more important point which should be made in this section <br /> is that recent non-turbid samples have indicated elevated levels of metals in <br /> groundwater. <br /> 46.
