This introductory statement is too <br /> general and not completely accurate given the definition in the Declaration (and in <br /> light of section 4.2.2). <br /> Corrective Action: Restate the definition of OU #1 used in the declaration, as <br /> modified by EPA comments. <br /> 24. Section 4.1.1 <br /> The text states that "other volatile organic, inorganic and pesticide compounds have <br /> been found sporadically." This is not an accurate description of the frequency of <br /> detection for OU #1. <br /> Corrective Action: Rather than attempt to subjectively describe the frequency of the <br /> occurrence of the other compounds or chemicals of concern, the ROD should present <br /> here or in Section 5.2, Nature and Extent of Contamination in OU #1, a summary <br /> table of the minimum/maximum and frequency for each, similar to the example <br /> table below. Delete the word "sporadically."
