A copy of the Proposed <br /> Plan may be found at Enclosure 1 . <br /> The requirement sources for this action are the Superfund Amendments <br /> and Reauthorization Act, Section 117 (a) (2 ) ; the National Oil and <br /> Hazardous Substances Pollution Control Contingency Plan, Section <br /> 300 . 67 (d) ; and the Superfund Community Relations Policy. <br /> A copy of the public notice published in the local newspapers <br /> (Stockton Record and Tracy Press ) is Enclosure 2 . This notice <br /> includes: <br /> a. The public comment period for the Proposed Plan; <br /> b. The address for submission of written comments on the <br /> proposed plan; <br /> C.
