4 <br /> DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY <br /> DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION REGION WEST (TRACY FACILITY) <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> The United States Defense Logistics Agency/Defense Distribution <br /> Region West (DDRW) is requesting public comments on a report called <br /> Operable Unit No. 1 Feasibility Study/Proposed Plan for ground <br /> water remediation and the Administrative Record for the DDRW Tracy <br /> Facility. The Feasibility Study presents environmental information <br /> collected at the Tracy Facility and evaluates possible measures to <br /> address the environmental contamination that has been identified. <br /> The Proposed Plan summarizes the Feasibility Study and presents <br /> DDRW' s preferred alternative. The Administrative Record is the <br /> body of documents considered or relied on by DDRW when selecting a <br /> cleanup alternative for the Tracy Facility. <br /> PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD <br /> 30 DECEMBER 1992 - 28 JANUARY 1993 <br /> You are encouraged to review and comment on the Proposed Plan/ <br /> Feasibility Study and the Administrative Record. Please comment on <br /> any/all alternatives being considered. Comments will be considered <br /> in selecting a final remedy and will be responded to in a document <br /> called a "Response Summary" .
