EPA believes it would be in the best interest of the parties to the Federal <br /> Facility Agreement (FFA) to find a means to accommodate the County's interest. <br /> Your letter of November 24, 1992 also requested our opinion on the extent or need <br /> for sharing of Defense/State Memorandum of Agreement (DSMOA) funding with the <br /> County.
