Box 960001 <br /> Stockton, CA 95296-0250 <br /> RE: Second Extension Request for Revision/Review of the Draft Final Feasibility Study <br /> for Operable Unit No. I <br /> Dear Marshall, <br /> EPA is in receipt of your letter (via facsimile transmission on November 30, 1992) <br /> requesting an a additional extension of 7 days (from December 11, 1992 to December 18, <br /> 1992) for the deadline for the delivery of replacement pages for the above referenced <br /> document and an additional extension of 7 days (from December 17, 1992 to December 24, <br /> 1992) for the deadline for the finalization of the same document. <br /> The purpose of this requested extension is to allow DDRW-Tracy's contractor <br /> additional time for late changes to the cleanup levels identified in the draft final FS and <br /> the draft final Proposed Plan. <br /> EPA concurs with your requested extension.
