As a result of this review and <br /> subsequent discussion with Cal-EPA RWQCB, EPA is requesting revisions (attached). <br /> In order to provide for easier review and revision, EPA has annotated the comments <br /> from Cal-EPA RWQCB, dated November 12, 1992, with EPA's requested changes. Please <br /> note that this transmission contains only the pages of the Cal-EPA November 12, 1992 <br /> package on which EPA has made annotations/changes.
