Ii esi- I <br /> PE'�fi4����t6YI <br /> �l�- <br /> Dear Marshall, <br /> Attached are EPA's comments on the Draft Final Proposed Plan for OU-1. <br /> Although most of EPA's previous comments have been responded to in the Draft <br /> Final document, it would appear that additional changes are needed to fully address EPA's <br /> previous comment No. 4 and to correct new text which did not appear in the Draft Proposed <br /> Plan. <br /> Once these final changes have been made to the Proposed Plan, DDRW-Tracy can <br /> edit the document into a "Fact Sheet" suitable for public distribution. An example of a <br /> recent Fact Sheet is also attached. <br /> EPA requests that DDRW-Tracy address EPA's comments prior to the end of the 30- <br /> day time frame for finalization of the Proposed Plan, i.e., by November 12, 1992. EPA is <br /> willing to accept replacement pages to be inserted into the Draft Final Proposed Plan, <br /> provided we receive these pages by November 9, 1992.
