We have briefed Anthony J. Landis, Chief of the Site <br /> Mitigation Branch, on the accords set forth by the August 6, 1992 <br /> letter and have his concurrence with them. The Department <br /> considers the dispute to be resolved and the Draft Final <br /> Comprehensive RI/FS Workplan to be approved. <br /> The Department wishes to commend the staff and supervisory <br /> personnel who have worked to resolve this dispute at the meetings <br /> of August 4 and 5, 1992 . Their diligence greatly expedited the <br /> resolution of this dispute. <br />
