OU-1 Feasibility Study Report -2- 7 August 1992
ODRW, Tracy
Action (IRM) , tentatively scheduled for September 1992, DDRW, Tracy needs to
conduct the Full Scale Operation monitoring, with additional monitoring for
general minerals, to determine the presence of constituents which could affect
disposal of the treated ground water.
We have several other comments on disposal , as well as other issues, such as
state Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate Requirements (ARARs) , which need to
be revised to meet our concerns. In addition, Waste Discharge Requirements
(WDRs) may need to be issued for the disposal of the treated ground water. We
would like to discuss a time schedule with you so that the permit process
proceeds siiaultaneously with the Remedial Action.
If you have any questions, please call me at (916)361-5670.
CAMILLA WILLIAMS
Engineering Geologist
CKW:cw
Enclosure
cc: Mr. Michael Work, U.
