" State where in Area 5. State how the
results of the soil gas survey correlate to those of the soil
borings or groundwater monitoring wells. This should be
addressed in the Comprehensive RI/FS.
Response No. 45
This response does not adequately address the principal concern
of this statement -- data reliability. DDRW-Tracy should respond
to the possible data discrepancy involving SB39 and SB52-2 . If
not done in OU No. 1, these and other issues will need to be
addressed as a part of the Comprehensive RI/FS.
Response No. 67
The rationale for sampling of wells (appropriate to OU No. 1) for
any class of pesticides should be discussed in the RI for OU No.
1. The last monitoring round has sampled several wells for
organochlorine pesticides, organophosphorus pesticides, and
organochlorine herbicides.
I-4
