You <br /> informed me that the officials had no specific concerns but <br /> had contacted the Base to be brought up-to-date on <br /> activities. Therefore, EPA is requesting no change to this <br /> section of the document. <br /> - EPA' s comment No. 6 stated that text in the CRP erroneously <br /> implied that the Tracy Office of Public Affairs is in the <br /> approval loop for CERCLA documents. The text is still a <br /> concern to EPA. Further, the new text refers the reader to <br /> reference documents listed in Appendix I, however, Appendix <br /> I is a glossary of terms. You agreed to revise this <br /> language and check on the reference to Appendix I. <br /> - EPA's comment No. 7 requested revisions to the text to more <br /> accurately describe the Responsiveness Summary. Tracy <br /> revised the text, but now the text erroneously states that <br /> the Responsiveness Summary comes out one month after the <br /> ROD. As we discussed, the Responsiveness Summary is part of <br /> the ROD. You agreed to revise the language. <br /> 1 <br /> Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
