Consistent with the terms of the FFA (the <br /> Agreement) EPA is providing comments within 60 days of receipt of <br /> the deliverable. <br /> The terms of the Agreement call for comments on this Draft <br /> Report to be addressed in the RI/FS Work Plan (or appropriate RI <br /> report) .
