Williams : PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> In response to subject letter , Defense Distribution Region <br /> West Environmental Office (DDRW-WB) has taken the following <br /> actions and presents the following proposals in regard to <br /> the subject off site supply wells : <br /> a. The DDRW Tracy Remedial Project Manager (RPM) , <br /> Marshall Cloud , met with Mr . Raspo at his office and gave <br /> him a copy of the 31 July 1991 , letter by the RWQCB . <br /> During this meeting both parties discussed their positions <br /> and ideas regarding Mr . Raspo ' s agricultural wells 1-3 . <br /> b . With owner approval , DDRW-WB has sampled <br /> agricultural wells 1-3 and Mr . Raspo 's walnut , bean , and <br /> alfalfa crops for TCE/PCE (test results to be provided <br /> under separate cover as soon as possible) . <br /> C . DDRW Legal Counsel (Mr . Dave Riley) and the Tracy <br /> RPM have met with Mr . Raspo and his attorney , Mr . Anthony <br /> Varni , to discuss Mr . Raspo ' s feelings regarding this <br /> subject and related items . <br /> d . DDRW-WB has directed Captain David Jones , Corps of <br /> Engineers (COE) , to exercise option 1 of our well <br /> monitoring program to provide for quarterly monitoring of <br /> these off site supply wells . <br /> e . DDRW-WB proposes that these off site wells be an <br /> action item during the upcoming Project Managers meeting in <br /> Sacramento on 10 and 11 October 1991 . <br /> Excellence — Opportunity — Leadership — A MODEL INSTALLATION <br />
