Our <br /> comments had identified two areas of concern: 1) the <br /> completeness of the health and safety plan and 2) the <br /> technical details with respect to well construction. In <br /> your responses to both of these sets of comments, you have <br /> either adopted the Department' s position or provided <br /> sufficient additional information to satisfy our concerns. <br /> With the resolution of technical concerns, a schedule for <br /> the construction and prove out phases should be submitted to <br /> the regulatory agencies. Such a schedule should provide <br /> estimated start and completion dates for all phases of the <br /> interim system' s construction and prove out.
