Notice of Public Comment Period <br /> Defense Depot Tracy <br /> Page 2 <br /> A public hearing will be held if there is a significant degree <br /> of public interest. Requests for a public hearing, including <br /> the issues to be raised, must be submitted in writing to <br /> the EPA by June 24 , 1990. If a public hearing is held, EPA <br /> will give 30 days prior notice to the public. Written and <br /> oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. <br /> At the close of the comment period, EPA will make the final <br /> decision after considering all comments. The public <br /> repositories will contain a record of the decision and the <br /> comments received. All commentors will be notified of the <br /> decision. <br />
