CA4971520834 <br /> The California Department of Health Services (DHS) and the Region <br /> IX Office of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have <br /> reviewed the Closure Plan, originally dated February 6, 1987, and <br /> revised on May 20, 1987. The closure plan was for the closure of <br /> two underground waste storage tanks. One tank is located at <br /> Building 247 and Lhti: s6cond tank is lacated at Warc ousc 28. <br /> Pursuant to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, <br /> Section 67212 and the regulations adopted pursuant to the <br /> Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 USC Section 6901, et. <br /> seq. , your Closure Plan is determined to be acceptable. You are <br /> required to comply with the specific steps of this approved <br /> Closure Plan. Please note that upon completion of closure, you <br /> and a registered professional engineer must certify that closure <br /> was conducted in accordance with the approved plan.
