URS Corporation had prepared the Draft Final ROD on behalf of Defense Logistics
Agency Enterprise Support San Joaquin, California (DLA) for the Defense Distribution Depot
San Joaquin, Tracy facility.
In order to resolve the dispute, on 5 July 2011 DLA sent proposed changes to three pages of
the Draft Final ROD that staff of the Central Valley Water Board, DLA, and United States
Environmental Protection Agency discussed during telephone conversations in June and July.
Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the changes DLA prepared for the Draft Final
ROD. Therefore, the dispute has been resolved, provided the changes are incorporated into
the Final ROD.
Please contact me at (916) 464-4675, or by email at 'brown elI(waterboards.ca.gov to
schedule a meeting.
?JAMES R.
