January 18, 2001 <br /> Harlin— <br /> Enclosed is a work plan to conduct cone penetrometer testing (CPT) east of the Tracy <br /> Army Depot Annex property along Bird Road and Lovely Road (locations P-1 to P-7 on <br /> the work plan figure). County permit#0024773 was used previously to conduct CPT in <br /> off-depot areas, and we would like to use that same permit for this work. The field <br /> sampling will be conducted sometime in February 2001; the exact date is not yet known, <br /> but I will give you at least a week's notice. We will be completing groundwater <br /> sampling at the seven locations along these roads that are shown on the map. The CPT in <br /> the work plan that is proposed on private properties will not be completed for several <br /> more months due to real estate agreements being obtained with private property owners. <br /> By the way,Radian International was purchased by URS Corporation, so we have a new <br /> address and phone number.
