The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) was
initially informed that the audit being conducted would impact the Federal Facility
Agreement (FFA) schedules for only a 90-day period. Recently, at the April 12, 2000
Remedial Project Managers' meeting, DTSC was informed that all work funded prior
to 1999 would remain on-hold until June or July 2000. Based on this information,
DTSC is concerned that the remedial activities currently identified in the FFA schedules
may be delayed by a year or more.
HM.bw
Printed on Recycled Paper
m:V mpcdb\ampomNandln\hong\muniz\hm41 w.040
®
