Our comments are <br /> attached. <br /> It is not clear why major reductions in sampling frequency, analytical methods, and the <br /> metals target analyte list for the Well Monitoring Program are being proposed in the WDR <br /> Memorandum rather than the existing documents whose purpose is evaluation of and <br /> recommendations for the Well Monitoring Program. We propose that the sampling frequencies <br /> and analytical suites remain unchanged through 2003, and that the recommended changes be <br /> proposed in the forthcoming 2003 Annual Monitoring Report (estimated submittal date <br />
