S Environmental Protection Agency, Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) , Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control and your office during our conference <br /> call of January 9 , 1998. The Remedial Project Managers <br /> agreed to extend the date to finalize the Basewide ROD for <br /> 30 days from January 29 , 1998, to March 2 , 1998 . This <br /> letter confirms the extension in accordance with <br /> Sections 9 . 1 and 9. 2 of the Federal Facility Agreement for <br /> DDJC, Tracy.
