The Report <br /> was prepared for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville <br /> District by Montgomery Watson and is dated November 1994 . <br /> t <br /> Review Activities <br /> GSU reviewed the Report and provides comments and <br /> recommendations concerning the adequacy and completeness of the <br /> Report with respect to hydrogeology and ground water sampling <br /> approach. This review presents general and specific comments. <br /> General comments discuss overall approach to low-flow rate <br /> sampling (as discussed in the Remedial Project Managers' meeting <br /> held on November 30, 1994) and general recommendations. Specific <br /> comments discuss individual items and issues, and are referenced <br /> by section and page numbers.
