The content of both letters <br /> concern revisions to the schedules contained in the Federal <br /> Facility Agreement for DDRW, Tracy. Your letter of May 9, 1994 , <br /> provided rationale for the 183 day lengthening of the Operable <br /> Unit Remedial Design/Remedial Action schedule due to delays in <br /> acquiring the property adjacent to the facility and the 21 day <br /> delay for the Site Wide Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study <br /> due to delays in receiving regulatory comments on project <br /> documents.
