Box 960001 <br /> Stockton, CA 95296-0250 <br /> RE: Approval of Proposed Extensions to DDRW-Tracy FFA Schedules <br /> for Comprehensive RI/FS/PP and ROD and the OU-1 RD/RA <br /> Dear Marshall, <br /> Thank you for the letter dated May 9, 1994 (received in our <br /> office on May 12, 1994) , providing the rationale for the proposed <br /> extensions to the DDRW-Tracy FFA schedules for OU-1 and the <br /> Comprehensive RI/SF/PP and ROD. <br /> EPA believes that you have demonstrated "good cause" per <br /> Section 9 . 1 of the FFA; we concur with the requested extensions. <br /> Based on my conversation today with Jim Pinasco, it is my <br /> understanding that Cal-EPA also plans to concur.
