These deliverables will meet the <br /> primary document requirements required in the Federal Facilities <br /> Agreement. Additional time is required following the draft <br /> final documents to further develop the technical specification <br /> and cost requirements for contracting. action. <br /> Approved May 19, 1994 <br />
