CLOSURE SUMMARY REPORT <br /> October.1996 <br /> Country Mart <br /> 34243 South Chrisman Road <br /> r Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK .' <br /> In accordance with a request from Mr. Pushpinder Singh,Advanced GeoEnviromnental, Inc. (AGE) <br /> has prepared this Closure Summary Report (CSR) for 34243 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, <br /> idw California(the site). The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 -Location Map. A plan of the <br /> site is illustrated in Figure 2 Site Plan. The scope of work was to'drill four soil borings to assess <br /> ' the hydrocarbon-impact on soil related to a release from a former UST and to prepare this report <br /> �. summarizing previous environmental activities and findings at the site. <br /> The investigatory activities and preparation of this report was conducted in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> LW <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> 2.1. SITE LOCATION <br /> L . <br /> The site is located in a rural/agricultural area of low topographic relief south of Tracy, California, <br /> ' approximately one-quarter mile northeast of the intersection of State Highway 1.32 and Interstate 580 <br /> (Figure 1). The California Aqueduct is located approximately one-quarter mile north of the site. <br /> Currently, a single structure used as a mini-mart/truck stop and a domestic water well are on the <br /> property. <br /> 2.2. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND FLOW DIRECTION <br /> According to information obtained from well drilling logs for the installation of the private well, the <br /> ground water depth on the site is in excess of 120 feet below surface grade. The San Joaquin County _ <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District.map entitled Lines of Equal Elevation in Water <br /> Wells, Fall 1993, does not show a groundwater depth in the area of the site. <br /> 2.3.
