HAZARD EVALUATION <br /> The following substance(s)or hazards are known or suspected to be on site. <br /> Substances Involved: Concentrations: <br /> Gasoline unknown <br /> Bf TE&X(?)� unknown <br /> The primary hazards of each are identified as follows: <br /> 1. Hydrocarbon fuels-Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-like odors. They are flammable and have low solubility in water. Exposure to <br /> these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, nose, and <br /> throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the central nervous system. Symptoms <br /> of exposure at these concentrations include headache, nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, Fnd loss <br /> of coordination. Certain components of gasoline (BTE&X etc.) are known or suspected <br /> carcinogens. <br /> The following additional hazards are expected on site: typical work related to facility. Noise falling <br /> rods, fl nine hammer, snapped cables, etc. on the drill-fig. <br /> E.
