The first scheduled due <br /> date is 16 October 2006, when you must submit information on your storm water system. <br /> Please note that the Order contains requirements for technical reports that must be submitted <br /> prior to the treatment system and land application area expansions. In addition, the Order <br /> contains a Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) that contains specified monitoring <br /> requirements for you to implement. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish <br /> the appropriate sampling schedules and protocols. A copy of the Order must be maintained at <br /> the facility and must be accessible to anyone operating the waste treatment system. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the order has been sent <br /> only to the Discharger.
