Provisions F.l.g requires submittal of a <br /> BPTC Evaluation Workplan by 30 November 2003; Provision F.Lh requires submittal of a BPTC <br /> Evaluation Report and Implementation Workplan by 30 January 2004. These reports were required to be <br /> submitted pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code (CWC). Please submit the reports in <br /> accordance with the following schedule: <br /> By 31 January 2005, the City shall submit the BPTC Evaluation Workplan. The requirements for the <br /> workplan are included in the WDRs and reprinted below: <br /> ...a BPTC Evaluation Workplan that sets forth the scope and schedule for a systematic and <br /> comprehensive technical evaluation of each component of the facility's waste treatment and <br /> disposal system to determine best practicable treatment and control for each waste <br /> constituent listed in the Groundwater Limitation E.La of this Order. The workplan shall <br /> contain a preliminary evaluation of each component of the WWTF and effluent disposal <br /> system and propose a time schedule for completing the comprehensive technical evaluation. <br /> The workplan shall be prepared and certified by a California registered civil engineer. The <br /> schedule to complete the evaluation shall be as short as practicable, and shall not exceed one <br /> year. <br /> By 29 April 2005, the City shall submit the BPTC Evaluation Report and Implementation Workplan. The <br /> requirements for the workplan are included in the WDRs and reprinted below: <br /> ...a BPTC Evaluation Report and Implementation Workplan. The report shall include a <br /> comprehensive evaluation of the BPTC measures studied, a discussion of BPTC measures <br /> proposed for implementation (i.e., recommendations for WWTF modifications), estimated <br /> concentration or mass loading reductions for each BPTC measure, specific methods the <br /> Discharger proposes to monitor and assure continuous optimal performance of BPTC <br /> measures, the source offunding, and proposed schedule for modifications.
