Scaled plans showing the limits of all application areas, including their relationship to storm <br /> drains, surface waters, and wells. <br /> b. For each land application area, specify the following: <br /> i. total available area; <br /> ii. net available area(considering setbacks required per 22 CCR, Division 4 water <br /> reclamation regulations); <br /> iii. means of application; <br /> iv. types of plant, crops, etc., grown; <br /> v. agronomic nutrient application rates; <br /> vi. agronomic water application rates; and <br /> vii:. monthly projection of agronomic application rates based on both plant water and nutrient <br /> needs, nutrient content of the effluent, and supplemental nutrients(i.e., fertilizers to be <br /> used on the landscape areas) to be applied. <br /> viii. Structural and operational Best Management Practices (BMPs)used to control potential <br /> runoff quality impacts associated with use of reclaimed effluent. <br /> ix. Means and methods to control public access and/or provide legally required notice <br /> regarding exposure to treated effluent <br /> The additional information requested above shall be in the form of a technical report prepared by a <br /> California Registered Engineer. The report shall address these additional information requirements, and <br /> shall be submitted at your earliest convenience.
