These wells, currently scheduled for construction on 27 <br /> September 2005, were outlined in the report prepared by Hydrofocus, Inc. entitled <br /> Revised Monitoring Well Installation Workplan and Groundwater Sampling and Analysis <br /> Plan ("Workplan"), dated 18 April 2005. This report was prepared on behalf of the City <br /> of Lathrop pursuant to the Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements Order No. R5-2005-0045. <br /> The City of Lathrop has agreed to take ownership of these three wells.
