PRIORITY CLASS WORKSHEET <br /> This section is to be completed for the appropriate Priority Class being requested by the claimant. Before <br /> completing this section, refer to Program Information, Priority Claslses, for a complete description of each of the <br /> four Priority Classes, their qualifications, and the required documelnitation that must be submitted at the time of <br /> application. <br /> The Priority Class for this claim shall be based on the lowest priori: appropriate for any claimant, including all <br /> joint claimants, the owners and operators at the time of the discovery of the unauthorized release, and the <br /> current owners and operators. Therefore, in requesting a Priority Class, consideration must be given to the <br /> Priority Class of all parties identified in this Claim Application unless the claimant can demonstrate that such <br /> treatment would be inconsistent with the priority scheme mandate tl by Section 25299.52(b) of the California <br /> Health & Safety Code (H&SC. <br /> A.
