FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY <br /> All claimants must be in compliance with the applicable requirements to demonstrate financial responsibility to <br /> undertake corrective action and compensate third parties for bodily injury and property damage. If the claimant is not subject to t!he requirement to demonstrate financial <br /> responsibility, identify the exemption or deferral, or in the case of the tank(s) having been removed and <br /> not replaced, list the date that all tanks were removed.
