The plan is a proposal to <br /> excavate the soil which may have been contaminated from unauthorized releases from <br /> the USTs which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, 304 E. Weber Avenue, <br /> Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final PHS/EHD <br /> approval for the plan is scheduled for July 7, 2000. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS, at (209) 468-3449 or sent in writing to her at 304 <br /> E.
