Joe's Automotive of Lodi 200 Commerce St. Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> X <br /> OO i <br /> 'T <br /> t' <br /> Outside behind the shop at the hazardous waste storage area are dark oil stains on the unpaved ground. <br /> Outside behind the shop at the hazardous waste storage area were found the following containers: <br /> -Three, unlabeled, and partially full five gallon buckets of used oil that have been left open. <br /> -Three(one red, one blue,and one black) 55 gallon drums of used oil that do not have all the required hazardous waste labeling information on <br /> it. <br /> -The black drum does not have any of the required hazardous waste labeling information on it. <br /> -The blue and the red one have hazardous waste labels that incompletely list the company name and the wrong street address on it. <br /> Page 9 of 13 Photo taken on 12-9-15. <br />
