This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD by 6-26-11. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> 23. A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters was not labeled nor marked with an accumulation <br /> start date. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately label the drum of drained used oil <br /> filters as "drained used oil filters", mark with an accumulation start date, and ensure that all used oil <br /> filters are managed in this way. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> 23. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters were not found on site. A copy of each bill of lading <br /> must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil <br /> filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 6-26-11. Minor- <br /> Notice to Comply. <br /> 60 & 63. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the pick up of oily water, used oil, and used <br /> antifreeze for April 2011 were not found on site. Jose Gomez stated that he had these items picked up <br /> last month but that the receipt is with his book keeper. A copy of the April 2011 disposal receipt for the <br /> oily water, used oil, and antifreeze is not on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all <br /> manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy <br /> of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit a copy of the <br /> April 2011 disposal manifest to the EHD by 6-26-11. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> Note: The following items were corrected during the inspection. <br /> 20. The hazardous waste label on the blue and red 55 gallon drums of used oil and on the white 55 <br /> gallon drum of used antifreeze had the wrong address. The hazardous waste label on the white 55 <br /> gallon drum of oily water was blank.
