The <br /> proposed scope of work includes installation and sampling of one additional <br /> on-site monitoring well . <br /> The design and location for the proposed monitoring well appear adequate for <br /> the underground storage tank monitoring system, and with the following <br /> modifications the work plan is acceptable. <br /> In addition to sampling the newly installed ground water monitoring well , the <br /> existing monitoring wells should also be purged and sampled. Please submit an <br /> updated schedule for long-term monitoring of the tank. <br /> By 13 April 1990, please submit a report on the monitoring well installation <br /> and sampling.
