By this letter, <br /> the report is being submitted concurrently to the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District, Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, and Department of Health Services, per your <br /> request. <br /> As discussed in the report, AEMC believes the levels of <br /> contamination found in soils beneath the tanks are not <br /> significant. Accordingly, AEMC has recommended the excavations <br /> backfilled. Backfilling should be performed as soon as possible <br /> since the excavations are a physical safety hazard.
