This email documents the agreements reached in our meeting. 1. Water Board Comment 2. DMW-2 and DMW-3 will be located at the positions proposed in Geosyntec's Preliminary Report. 2. Water Board Comment 3. A source area well(DMW-5)will not be installed. Per Section 2.4 of Geosyntec's 27 June 2012 Investigation Work Plan, after the proposed four monitoring wells are installed,developed,and sampled, Geosyntec will submit to the Water Board a report providing the new well information (e.g.well completion logs,sample results,groundwater elevation contours,etc.),an update to the existing conceptual site model based on the new data, and recommendations and a schedule for future work. 3. Water Board Comment 5. The well installation report will also include additional information from the previous site investigation that was not included in the Preliminary Report. The schedule for submitting this report will be 90 days from our 9 October meeting date,approximately 7 January 2013.
