The hazardous properties <br /> should be marked toxic, flammable, corrosive, or reactive. Also, the bucket containing used absorbent is missing the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste,"the name and address of the generator, the hazardous properties, physical state, and the <br /> accumulation date. The most recent disposal record for used absorbent was 8/31/16. All hazardous waste containers <br /> shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties(flammable, toxic, reactive, corrosive) <br /> -physical state (solid or liquid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation. Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 4/29/17 . <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
