This SPCCP has the full approval of Facility <br /> management. Facility has committed the necessary resources to implement the measures <br /> described in the SPCCP. <br /> The Emergency Coordinator is the Designated Person Accountable for Oil Spill Prevention <br /> at the Facility and has the authority to commit the necessary resources to implement this <br /> SPCCP. <br /> Authorized Facility Representative (Facility response coordinator): <br /> Philip Mathew <br /> Name Signature <br /> Operator <br /> Title Date <br /> Professional Engineer Certification [40 CFR F 112.3(d)1 <br /> The undersigned Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) is familiar with the requirements <br /> of Part 112 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations [40 CFR § 112] and has visited <br /> and examined the Facility ( or a qualified representative). The undersigned RPE attests that <br /> this Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure SPCCP has been prepared in <br /> accordance with good engineering practice, including consideration of applicable industry <br /> standards and the requirements of[40 CFR § 112], that procedures for required inspections <br /> and testing have been established; and that this SPCCP is adequate for the Facility. [40 <br /> CFR 112.3(d)] <br /> This certification in no way relieves the owner or operator of the Facility of his/her duty to <br /> prepare and fully implement this SPCCP in accordance with the requirements of [40 CFR <br /> part 112].
