This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report. A form has been provided. <br /> 301. At time of inspection used oil was stored in 55 gallon drums outside on spill pallets. The spill pallets <br /> were full and appeared to have overflown onto the asphalt. A sheen was seen on the ground. Facilities <br /> shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br /> clean the area, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by within 30 days of receipt of this <br /> inspection report. <br /> 404. 1-55 gallon drum of used oil, 1-5 gallon bucket of used oil and 1 spill pallet storing used oil were all <br /> seen open at the time of inspection.t All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except <br /> when adding or removing waste.
