RECEIVED <br /> WCD MAY 18 2012 <br /> Inc <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> May 10, 2012 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Attention: Michelle Henry <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202-3029 <br /> Re: Response to Hazardous Waste Proeram Inspection Report Dated 12/6/11 <br /> Dear Miss Henry: <br /> I have received the above-referenced inspection report and completed the accompanying <br /> Return to Compliance Certification form, including photos to support the information <br /> listed below as corrective actions for each of the violations identified in your report. <br /> Minor violations: <br /> 101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number. <br /> Corrective action: The Department of Toxic Substances Control issued a California <br /> EPA Identification Number of CAL000333489 on June 10, 2008 (copy attached). <br /> 301. Used oil stored in 55 gallon drums outside on spill pallets. <br /> Corrective action: All used oil, used oil filters, and used aerosol cans are stored inside <br /> appropriately labeled 55-gallon drums on secondary containment pallets inside an <br /> approved"waste storage container"provided by Safety Kleen for the express purpose of <br /> properly storing these waste products. Each waste stream is properly identified with <br /> appropriate and accurate labels (photo enclosed). <br /> 404. 1-55 gallon drum of used oil, 1-5 gallon bucket of used oil and 1 spill pallet storing <br /> used oil were all observed open at the time of the inspection. <br /> Corrective action: All of these items were placed inside the approved waste storage <br /> container (photo enclosed). <br /> 605. 2 containers of waste absorbent by the battery charging station did not have <br /> hazardous waste labels. <br /> Corrective action: Safety Kleen has been contracted to haul all hazardous waste and to <br /> provide proper labeling for all waste materials. A rubber drum has been labeled to <br /> indicate the product designated for the drum and an approved hazardous waste label is <br /> attached to the drum(photo enclosed). <br />
